ANNUAL REPORT OF THE DEPARTMENT

As required by NRS 180.410, the Department must prepare an Annual Report concerning indigent defense services in Nevada.  The Report must include information collected by the Department and any other information requested by the Board on Indigent Defense Services.  NRS 180.410(1)(f).  Once prepared, the Report must be submitted to the Nevada Supreme Court, the Legislature, and the Office of the Governor no later than July 1st of each year.  NRS 180.410(2).

QUARTERLY INDIGENT DEFENSE DATA REPORTS

On a quarterly basis pursuant to the "Stipulated Consent Judgement" in the Davis v. State case, the department must make publicly available indigent defense provider reports of workload data.
